Hello @user_etzt5c Thanks for reaching out your plan concerns. Most accounts with Xfinity Internet comes with 1.2 TB of internet usage per month. I have a link from our help and support site which goes into some Q&S's about our usage plan. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/data-usage-what-is-the-terabyte-data-usage-plan.
There's an exclusion as follows:The 1.2 Terabyte Internet Data Usage Plan does not apply to Internet Essentials, Internet Essentials Plus, Internet Essentials Partnership Program, Xfinity Prepaid, Gigabit x10, xFi Complete, or Unlimited Data Option customers.
Do you have one of the above plans?
You can locate your plan on your Xfinity bill. I have a link that goes over your bill detail line by line. It's a great way of understanding on what's on your plan. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design
I see Xfinity as ripping people off. The 12tb now shows up on my bill. Now that I just found out my plan year is up. Hmmm 🤔 all of sudden I get emails about my data use . How can one person use 12tb . When Xfinity called yesterday to let me know I needed to renew my plan .. well it's not available and of course new one is going to be 30 or more a month... I guess I will be looking elsewhere. None of Xfinity makes sense to me

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
