12 day commitment?

Neighbors cable was cut by the electric company about a month ago. They strung a temp. Came back last Friday to lay the permanent drop and cut mine. Contractor scurried off…did not get a locate before digging.

i called customer service immediately and pleaded with “Dennis” (fake name) that I have a weekly podcast and can’t survive without internet. He could not have cared less. Gave me a commitment of July 8, 12 days from where your contractor cut my service.

I’ve  been a COMCAST/INFINTY Customer for 15 years…never been late for a payment and this is my reward. This is pitiful.

Let's get this addressed right away together. I do want to state that the time frame for cable repairs can take 14 business days depending on staffing and queue of the local team in your region. Can you send me a direct message with your full name and complete service address to take a look at where your current ticket stands?
