11 Internet Outages in 29 Days
My area has had 11 internet outages in the last 29 days. I haven't gone over 2 days with connection. I work from home and have lost ~40 hours of work to these outages. Of course I'm in an Xfinity-locked region, so I can't even switch ISP if I wanted to.
I've talked with support, posted on X, and even submitted a complaint with the FCC. Still have not heard back from my local service manager. I've maxed out on service credits after 2 claims, but honestly don't even care anymore about the credits. I just want consistent service.
How do I figure out what [Edited: "Profanity"] is going on? Who do I talk to? How do I know when when this is going to end? Do I need to move?

Hello @user_nd23o, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear about the ongoing service interruptions in your area. That can definitely be frustrating. I completely understand why you’re at the point of just wanting stable, reliable service rather than credits, but we would be happy to handle both. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
