$10/month Superfast fee?

I already have Xfinity service, but my 12-month discount will end soon, so I'm looking for a new plan.  The 800 Mbps plan is $65/month.  However, I also see under "Plan Details" a $10/month charge for "Internet" and "Superfast".  Under "Order Summary", I see $65 due monthly.

I don't see a mention of the usual $10/month credit for autopay.

So, will I be paying $65 or $75 or maybe even $55 per month?

Does anyone else pay a $10/month fee for "Superfast"?
