10-12 hours chatting and talking with 5 different agents, bumped to tier 3, and still issues not resolved.

Xfinity Forum Message About Issues on 9/8/25:

I'm looking for a way to get a callback from agent Arjun, a top tier agent about some simple issues that took 7 hours on Thursday 9/4/25 chatting and talking with 3 different agents and 3 or 3 hours chatting with 2 agents to try and get done and still have problems needing to get fixed. All I wanted was to order the Xfinity pro router/modem with extender and battery backup and cancel my add on subscription to HBO Max. I picked up and received two xFi pros with extenders but not a single backup battery. And, after 5 days my HBO MAX subscription still is not cancelled. And my pro extender "has an issue" and my home phones which were working fine before the upgrade, no longer work - no dial tone. Agent Arjun said she was the right agent to help me, a 20+ year top level Xfinity customer, get these issues resolved. She promised me a call back which I asked to be this morning as I was having a delayed dinner because of how long the chat was. She said she understood and make it happen. Then I immediately received 4 callbacks in a row which I didn't get because I thought they would come this morning and I had turned off my phone as we were having dinner as I had told Agent Arjun. So I was up early this morning waiting for the callback and checking if my issues were resolved. No call back this morning and no battery was ordered, the pro extender still "has issues" , my HBO MAX subscription was still not canceled, and now my landline home phones have no dial tone. What can I do to get these issued resolved?
