$100 Visa Prepaid Gift Card Never Delivered

I started services in September 2021 and received an email that my gift card was on its way December 2021.

I have called the Incentive Line numerous times to have the card re-issued.

The ticket has been escalated at least three times. My latest escalation was [Edited: PII info], and the card was shipped on 5/5/2023.

Today, I called again. I was placed on hold, and transferred to Xfinity Mobile with no explanation.

I have tried a total of 5 different addresses, both home addresses and UPS mailboxes, and the card has yet to arrive.

I have moved twice since the original card shipped.

Please help me. Again, it's been close to two years and I have yet to receive my gift card.

Is there any way I can request a higher gift card amount due to the amount of time I have had to wait?

We can certainly have a further look into this and see what's going on. As a heads-up we will most likely need to open a new ticket. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
