$100 Visa card not working

Hi. I just received my $100 visa gift card a few days ago, and I just activated it yesterday. I tried to make a purchase on an online store for $86, but when I clicked "purchase", the site said "This purchase cannot be verified, please try again, or use a different card." I made sure I put in all the right information, and tried 3 separate times, but it's still not working. Please help?

@XfinityChelseaB​ I received the card already. I don't need to know the status of it. The problem is, the card isn't working. I've activated it, and this is the first time I've tried to use it.

@user_8e638f , I understand that your prepaid card is not working, so you need to use the contact information above to get a hold of our incentive team to see why the card is not working. It may be expired or a new one may need to be sent out, but they have that information on their side and will get you taken care of.

@XfinityChelseaB​ Ah, ok. I called the number, but it never gave me an option to talk to someone. Do I have to do that through the "submit an inquiry." Thing?

@user_8e638f, I just called and when the automated system comes on and asks for your number, say "Agent" into the phone, and you should be connected right away to someone. If you can't get ahold of someone over the phone you can use the link above to place the inquiry online and that team will reach back out to you.
