$100 gift card is a joke

Good afternoon I'm a new customer at xfinity mobile. An expenditure representative promise me to get a $100 gift card for each line I move over to xfinity. There were 2 anxious to make the deal didn't explain anything to me.  I've been waiting 4 months finally called customer support they told me that because I open 2  Phone number lines I don't qualify for the promotion. I told them they never told me this. They said sorry we can't do nothing for you have a great day. Xfinity let me give you some advice if this is the way you treat your new customers you're not gonna get very big in life

The concern is not "Xfinity ompliments" related................. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Most offers have a 90 day qualifying period and then if eligible you would receive the gift card in the mail.
