100 dollar gift card

So when I first got my Xfinity internet it said you get 100 dollar visa gift card but it’s been 10 months still no card

Hello @user_450932, and thank you for reaching out about your gift card offer not arriving. It should have come by month 4 after the first 90 window for receiving it conditions were met. Have you had a chance to look up the status here yet https://comca.st/3yfZBB7? That website can help find the offer, and also put in a request for getting it shipped out if it didn't happen the first time as expected. If you run into any problems, we would be happy to help in any way we can as well.

@XfinityEricB​ How do I request for it to get shipped out bc I checked the e status it said it arrived 1/52022 but it never arrived at my house!

I'm not sure what you mean by mail app. I'm referring to the chat Icon you should see at the top of the screen when working with us here.

@XfinityEricB​ okay I get it texted Xfinity support you said to text them right because I just texted them billing address and card holder name

That's not good. I can put in a request for the visa card team to send out another. I just need some information to put into the ticket for you.
