10+ Years as a Loyal Xfinity Customer – Disappointed by Lack of Appreciation

To Whom It May Concern,

I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer for over 10 years now — and I’ve stuck with you through all kinds of service changes, price hikes, and promotions targeted at new customers. On top of my internet service, I also have five phone lines under my account.

You would think that after 10 years of continued service, there would be some kind of recognition — a loyalty discount, a bill credit, a free upgrade — something. But in all this time, I haven’t received a single perk or thank-you for staying with Xfinity. Not once.

It’s frustrating to see new customers being offered better rates and deals than those of us who’ve been here for years. I’ve kept my services with Xfinity out of habit and reliability, but at this point, I’m seriously questioning that decision.

Because right now, I feel like my loyalty hasn’t meant anything — and that doesn’t sit right.
