Does Xfinity still have a 12 month service discount ? Mine expired and I am being told they do not have them anymore? 33 years as a longtime customer, what a nice way to be treated. Also they told me I could sign up for paperless billing and receive a $10 monthly credit, I told them I already have the paperless billing but not getting the discount, Oh, They now say I can't get it because I was grandfatherd in??

Hello @wd402. We offer a wide variety of discounts, plans and packages. We do offer no service discount (EDP). 12 months, 24 months and even sometimes 36 months. This does change from week to week and varies.

@XfinityWilliam​ Well I have been calling for the last month or so and the agents tell they offer no promotional discounts anymore. The promotional discount I had expired 7/31/23. I was also told I should be getting a $10 a month paperless billing discount and I am not.

@wd402 I am happy to see what offers and promotion we currently have for you. As a reminder you can always log into your Xfinity account either online at (https://www.xfinity.com/) or through the Xfinity app.  Once you log in with your primary username and password you can see eligible offers for existing customers. We can make the change for you if you see a plan. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further?
