1. speed and 2. "business" classification

1. I upgraded some time ago to 1.3gbps speed and don't get even half that speed. As a matter of fact, it's slower than it was before I upgraded speeds. 2. When I search my address, it says that this looks like a business address. I have lived here since 07/01/1996 and this has NEVER been a business address. There has NEVER been a business here of any type, yet I'm paying an exorbitant amount each month.  Ron [Edited: "Personal Information"]
