Offers update every Thursday and can change all the time, so check in often to see what is available. If you go to our Membership page, you will see all of your currently available offers. If the $1 movie offer is not listed, it may have been a limited offer (while supplies last). Did you log in directly to your membership page to try to locate the offer?
The Employee's "Membership page" link ("https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/1-movie-reward/xfinity.com/membership%20") is broken and leads to a '404 Not Found' page. The correct link is https://customer.xfinity.com/membership.
My own page showed the $1 Movie Night benefit on Thursday, but it is not there today.
