$1 movie night rental

We had a free movie rental this month. It was supposed to be good through yesterday, Nov 30. Last night I visited my rewards via the Xfinity app to get the reward and rent a movie and --- it was gone.

I still had several hours left of Nov 30 and I should have been able to make use of the rental, it hadn't expired by my calculations.

L1ngus Sorry to hear that the reward wasn't showing available to you. We can help look into the rewards and see if a manual credit can be applied to offset the rental as a workaround. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

Ensure you are logged in

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
