0 Internet Since 7/8 After Hurricane
I have not been connected to the Internet since 7/8 when I had an outage due to Hurricane Beryl since then I've received nothing but automated messages and no ETA for repairs besides the initial scheduled date of 7/13 I received a message that I was back online; once I got home to verify I had none.. the app then scheduled a repair on 7/15 at 4:30pm the time was pushed twice only for it now to say Asap. It's now 7/19 over 11 days without no Wifi I'm constantly losing wages and I'm being charged a lot for only being able to use the Internet 4 days before this mess of show. I need a real update this is extremely ridiculous and insulting the lack of attempt to even help update us with a eta or at least the situation to better prepare. Comcast behavior so far has been nothing but disappointing.
