order number
I placed an order online to change my TV service. I have not received an email or change of service at all. I do have the order number from when I press submit. I ended up going through and doing it again with the cancellation department. They couldn't see it as I was doing it with them online after it was done.Even though I had the order number and all they told me to do is just wait. Any suggestions, or can you help please?
