New TV install/setup

I need a Service Rep. to come to my home to set up a new TV that has no outlet.

I have been trying to reach a live person for more than two weeks with no response.

I have been with Comcast/Xfinity for over 40 years this is the poorest service we have ever had, it is unreasonable to not be able to contact a live person.

I am at the point that we may cancel our service and go with a new carrier.

Please have a Service Rep. call and make an appointment.

For: New TV Setup and 2 TV Box's that have stopped working.

I would be happy to aid you in getting this accomplished, it's the least we can do for a 40-year Xfinity family member. Just to confirm, are you trying to turn on an existing coax for service or get a brand new one put into the wall?
