my tv and internet charges are too high.

I need to talk to a real person.   The charges are absolutely ridiculous for a senior citizen.    Both the tv/internet and phone have been automatically deducted from my account since Ron [Edited: "Personal Information"] passed away in April of 2024.

My bill for tv/internet $287 will be deducted from my account this month..   That is too much and I need it to be much lower.

I have many friends who have left Xfinity because of the high cost.

Someone needs to call me
