Intermittent service

Over the last 2 months, I have been getting notices that there is a problem with the local service.  It gets fixed and then out again 2 days later.  Fixed, then out.  Fixed, the out.  If nothing else, I deserve a massive credit to my account.  I'm having a hard time believing that the service techs are so inept.  I have been trying to issue a complaint, but AI doesn't help at all.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon user_9wmsa0. Are you currently experiencing service issues? I would be happy to review your billing, as well if you would like, as well as your service concerns.

No my question has not been answered and service is out again.  I know where the issue it coming from - new construction - with no resolution after 2 months.  Every time an xfinity truck drives through the neighborhood, the service goes out again.  Am I wasting my time with xfinity?  I want my service back as well as compensation for the number of times it has faltered.  I want to speak verbally to someone from xfinity.  I am NOT putting my information on line.  Give me a number to call.
