follow up for a scheduled appointment when the rechnician did not arrive
I had a new service added. As part of the service a complementary service was scheduled for 6-11-2025 by Comcast rep "JP".
to remove two cable boxes and set smart tv's app to receive signal.
The appointment never happened and I would like to get this done to save $24. a month.

To send a "Direct Message":
