I am sick and tired of Xfinity's garbage customer service.  They lie about special deals to lower by costs, Their chat people are completely useless.  I tried numerous times to sign up for a service and no one can help me.  After 25 years as a customer, I am done!!! Xfinity is the absolute worst!!!!
