I cannot add new payment methods.

I asked some xfinity agents by phone, but all of them did not solve the error.
Could you advise how to solve the error?

@user_1b9a50 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums today about this payment setup. Have you had a chance to clear your browser's cache and cookies? Or have you tried a different browser? If these do not work you will need to wait 72 hours and then reattempt the process.
