Your rates are out of line.

Just got notified of another giant rate increase.  last year went from 105 to 125 then to 128, now going to 157.

Between charging exorbitant fees for unlimited data and constant rate changes, I can't wait to find alternate solutions.

Hello @thrca. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. I know bill changes can be stressful, and I would love to look at options to reduce your bill.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and address so that we can assist you further.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I was able to resolve this amicably with a call to customer service.  It shouldn't take threatening to leave to get offers that are reasonable.

Thank you, @thrca I'm happy to hear that you were able to get taken care of. Are there any other service or account concerns I can assist you with today?-Richard
