I tried your AI service and it is terrible.  I need an explanation of my invoice and I can't communicate with anyone live.

user_tbl6gt I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your statement and would be happy to help however we can. You can always view the last 12 months of statements as PDFs from our Xfinity website/app to compare and find any differences.
