Your account isn't eligible for a credit at this time
My internet was down due to an outage yesterday ( or technically this morning since it was after midnight )
When I went to fill out the form it said "Your account isn't eligible for a credit at this time"

I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to receive a credit through the automated system, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
