Your account isn't eligible for a credit at this time Sorry, your account has already exceeded the maximum amount of credits.

Hello

My service is constantly down due to outages in the area. $5 credit is nothing when the bill is close to $100. Only 2 credits a month even though the service is down many times.. thats bad service. I do not recommend anyone use xfinity.

Good afternoon user_3msz74. Have the interruptions indicated if they were part of any maintenance or upgrade works? Have we sent any technicians out to your home yet? I can assure you we want to make sure this gets resolved.

@XfinityJon Its back on now , but this is on on going thing for the last few months. This enttire week the internet has went out. I have been in trouble with my at home job because I need the internet to work. The time it goes out is when im at work. This week ive had to reschedule an exam for school 3 times because each day the internet would shut down due to outages. $5 credits make no sense. Its almost like we're paying for services we cant even utilize properly .Seems like xfinity is getting paid for free at this point. Im pretty sure this will happen tomorrow and next week.....as it has happened for the last two weeks....its every month.
