The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_2x87t4. You've come to a great place for support! What kind of credit are you seeking, and for what reason(s)? Our team is more than happy to help in any way we can, we just need a little more context (without sharing any personal account information), if possible, please.

@user_2x87t4 Thank you for sharing the error message you are receiving. We can certainly look further into your service adjustment eligibility for the interruption. Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon then type or select "Xfinity Support".
