The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @user_2x87t4. You've come to a great place for support! What kind of credit are you seeking, and for what reason(s)? Our team is more than happy to help in any way we can, we just need a little more context (without sharing any personal account information), if possible, please.

@user_2x87t4 Thank you for sharing the error message you are receiving. We can certainly look further into your service adjustment eligibility for the interruption. Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

@XfinitySara Hi, if there is internet outage why it is not allowing to apply credit for the outage.

why it is showing error for maximum credit limit, is there any outage limit.
i am applying for valid outage which already caused inconvenience and also reported via xfinity.

please do reset so i can apply for same.

Please let me know for any details

@user_2x87t4 The "maximum credit limit" message from the online system typically indicates that a manual review is required to process the credit. While the system can handle a certain number of automatic credits, our support team can override this to ensure you are compensated for any eligible service interruptions.
