You started billing me for TV that you never sent me a box for?

My neighbor told me he pays like 70$/Month for internet that is faster than mine so I finally spent the 45 minutes it takes to get signed into this [Edited: "Language"] and view the billing details;

which FOR SOME REASON aren't in the monthly arbitrary bill you send me.

You've been charging me for cable TV for years?

Cable TV I can't view because you never sent me whatever this X1 TV box thing is?

This Xfinity support system even clearly shows that my TV is -nonfunctional- yet you have just been silently billing me $85/month for TV for YEARS?

That's like, fraud.

h_nato Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear there's a discrepancy with your services. I understand how frustrating that can be. And we'd be happy to help.

Any services you're subscribed to should appear on your billing statement, typically listed on page 3. Just to clarify, are you not seeing any mention of TV service there? If so, could you let us know where you're seeing the TV service listed instead? That will help us better understand and assist you.

The bill is non-itemized and doesn't actually detail any of what you are being charged for, which is why i've never noticed I was even paying for TV.

@h_nato  That is the section to pay the bill. Not the actual statement. Send us a direct message with your full name and the service address, and we can take a look at the account, billing statements and the promotion you currently have.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

If you attempt to "Get Details" the page simply crashes as below:

I tried logging into a different page to get billing details and it similarly crashes.
