Xifinty mobile keep in charge me money
xifinty mobile keep on changing me money even though I returned the phone and cancel ed the service. I called the reps couple times, still couldn’t resolute my problem. They promised me will give me a refund, but I never receive it . At the end I dispute my credit card payment. Now they said I got my past due payment and send me to the concession company. I don’t know how to do now, maybe I need to change my credit card because they got my credit card information on file. Still keep on charging me.
