xfintiy assistant loops and doesnt connect to an agent

hi ,

I am trying to connect to xfinity customer service agent from my account , but it keeps throwing the same prompts and same errors

I type in a question , it says it cant help and points to some article which doesnt help.

If i type in "connect to an agent" --> asks for services --> I select xfinity services --> billing questions --> then it throws following 2 messages and stops

"Thanks, I can help with most issues, but I'll put you in touch with an agent if you need more assistance. What do you need help with today?"

"I'm not sure about that. Would you like to search Help and Support articles?"

this goes on in a loop to whatever I select
