I am moving and more than capable of moving my devices by myself. How to I avoid the 100$ installation fee?

@user_i5331o This is a great question! I completely understand not wanting to pay that $100 fee. If your home is eligible for a self installation you can set up your move online at https://www.xfinity.com/cancel, and I can also set it up for you as well. If your home requires a profession installation we can also help with the fee such an installments etc. that as well. I can confirm for you.  Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you further? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
