Xfinity worker knocked out my internet. Now no one will help
An Xfinity worker was working in a bucket truck on one of the telephone poles on my street. While he was working, I lost internet service. I assumed it was temporary but my internet never came back. I have used self-help, online reps and even someone at the loyalty program but they all say no one can come out for four days. I think if an Xfinity worker caused my issue, they should correct it right away. I work from home and cannot go four days without internet. This could potentially cost me my job!
