XFINITY WON’T REFUND MY MONEY

XFINITY OFFER ME A FREE MOBILE LINE AND IT WASN’T FREE AT ALL !! THEY TOOK 2 MONTLY BILLS OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOBODY RESOLVES THE ISSUE!!! EVERY CALL IS OF AT LEAST 40-50 MIN. THEY KEEP TRANSFERRING MY CALLS AND THE NEXT AGENT IS WORSE THAN THE PREVIOUS.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS AND LOOKS LIKE IS TIME TO LEAVE, PERIOD.
