Xfinity Won't Honor Current Price/Speed upon Moving

I am a long-time customer who is trying to move my service. My current internet only 1200MB service for $79.99 is not offered at my new address. I was told by Customer Service that I would have to "upgrade" or "downgrade" my service to a different price tier. I have my own equipment and cannot "downgrade" my service for work reasons. If the current speed is not offered at my new address, I would like Xfinity to make good and if I have to "upgrade" my service, to offer it to me for a better price than what has been quoted to me, or else I will have to cancel my service.

Greetings, friede! Congratulations on your new place! I bet you are in a sea of boxes! We appreciate that you have been a part of our family for so long and that you want to take us with you in your move. There are times when a package is unable to be transferred, depending on where you move to. There can be some market differences. I would be happy to check further on this and see what we can do to keep things as they are.
