Xfinity wont cancel my services.

I have called and canceled my services three separate times since 03/20/25. I have three different cancelation numbers. Xfinity continues to charge and bill me for services I am no longer utilizing.

How many more months do I have to call? I don't even live in an area where Xfinity services anymore.

Please just cancel my services and stop billing me! I can't keep doing this.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

    • Click "Sign In" if necessary
    • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
    • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
    • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
