Xfinity will not cancel peacock premium plus

I signed up for the extra peacock premium plus in April. I didn’t see much value for 11.99 a month so went in and cancelled 2 weeks later but the system gave me an error. I have tried repeatedly over the chat and phone since April and have been assured that it has been reviewed but I keep getting billed. Who do I contact to escalate, what regulatory body can handle this because I am being unfairly charged for a service I have tried the cancel and have been told by xfinity that it is not on my account

To begin, can please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
