XFinity will not apply ACP credit even though I’m approved!
I have spoken to several Xfinity agents and I’ve even called. My ACP credit was removed last month and they told me I was up for renewal but when I checked with the ACP program it is not supposed to be removed off of my account. So I did as Xfinity told and I reapplied then they voided out all of my information and said I needed to do it again then it gave me a bunch of error codes. I have turned Xfinity into the FCC for breaking rules and guidelines even though they are supposed to honor this credit. It’s breaking the law and I hope you get in a lot of trouble for lying and not doing your job.
