Xfinity Wifi disconnected with overdue balance of $0
My Xfinity wifi was disconnected randomly last night and my service is currently inactive. I have no outstanding balance, and have autopay set up. The bill status is unavailable on my mobile app but when I try to view on my laptop it says my outstanding balance is $0. I've tried calling customer service but there is no one available. This is my first month using the service.

By first month do you mean you signed up a month ago, paid all the start-up fees and first month's service and had service for a month? Xfinity bills in advance, so you pay for a month of service before you use it. Did they charge you? My best guess is your autopay didn't work and they cut you off. No guesses on why. Could be a Comcast problem, could be your bank, etc.
Just call them up when they're open. If you can't get someone on the phone a lot of their stores are open on Sunday, so you can stop by in person and get this sorted out if you have an xFinity store nearby.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_xk7hl7 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. It is definitely unusual to have your services randomly turned off as you described. As @zandor60657 you are billed systematically but even if your Auto Pay had failed your services would not be disrupted that quickly. Since you messaged us last night, have your services returned? If your services are still unavailable, we will need you to send us a Direct Message with your full name and address to assist you further. Here are instructions on how to send us a DM in case you need them:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
We look forward to hearing from you.
