Xfinity versus Scripps

I am requesting customer service and billing give me a credit for all of the time that I have not been able to see WTVR (CBS). I just switched to you all from Verizon because I thought you were a better deal. For the last month that has not been the case. Contact me immediately or I will switch providers. This is extremely frustrating!!!
