Xfinity using debt collectors without resolving the case file with than and without send any postal mail

Be careful of using Xfinity services!

Bought 1 GB mobile plan started with 10$ monthly after couple of years slowly it went to $30  than started billing $70 per month just crossing a small data also .So I disconnected first day of the billing start date i noticed they charged again for that month I tried couple of times to reach the billing dept but always go to dept with low level support center they will address customer concern just create a tickets  , I mentioned about my concern to that support team and told to waive off the charges and  she explicitly promised that will be addressed and opened a case  <Edited: Personal Information> i do not received any call or mail than suddenly now i received mail form collector agency for $100 bill .

Xfinity not only makes false charges to its customers, They use debt collectors without  post mail because they don't mind hurting their customers' credit , I am a customer of xfinity for last 15 years and still holding the internet and TV but they lease worried about the customer.
