Xfinity unreturned equipment

Hey, I recently ended my Xfinity services on November 1st, 2025 because I relocated to Mexico. But unfortunately by accident I took with me the tv box and hdmi so I received around December 11th, 2025 a 1 time fee for “unreturned equipment” of around 120 USD I decided to pay immediately for but on January 2nd, 2026 I just received a text message telling me to return the equipment to avoid money charges. So, given the circumstances that it’s very expensive shipping internationally from Mexico to the USA and that the Xfinity-provided UPS label is only for within the USA apparently I was wondering if I won’t be getting charged additional times eventually in the future
