Xfinity theft

I terminated services on 11/04/24. I was told that my final bill will be mailed to me. Instead $50 was automatically drafted from my account on 11/15/24. I spoke with an Xfinity representative on 11/15 and said that my funds would be returned in 2-3 business days. I still have not received my money.  This is theft. My funds should returned with interest.
