Xfinity support

My internet bill just went from $35/mo to $90/mo.  I really need to find a cheaper deal than $90/mo for internet.  Why to your long term customers get ripped off so badly?  And why would my bill almost triple all the sudden?  If I can't get a better deal ASAP I might have to find a different internet service provider.  Please help lower my bill or lose my business.

Hello @user_oqymk0, Sorry to hear about the unexpected increase in your monthly internet bill. I can certainly understand how concerning and frustrating it must be to see your bill increase from $35 to $90, especially as a longtime customer trying to keep your monthly expenses manageable. We’d be happy to review your account with you and see what promotions or offers you may be eligible for that could help lower your monthly cost.

For your privacy and the security of your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
