Xfinity Support

Hello,

I called the agency my collection was supposedly sent to, but they didn’t have me in their system. I was told the account was sent back to Xfinity. I’m trying to resolve this, but I’m not sure which number I should be calling or who currently owns the debt.

Could you please confirm the status of this collection and provide validation for the balance? I was originally told it was around $300 and had been sent to IC Systems, but they no longer show it.
