Xfinity Support

Hi, there is a $30 E check fee on my bill due January 13 and I’m not sure why there is.  My bill says it was paid on December 5 but then a payment reversal was done on December 18 and now I’m seeing there is a $30 charge. Can somebody please reach out to me to get this fee taken off because the bill said it was paid December 5.

@user_djf08v Thanks for adding a post to the community. Fee's like that apply for having applied payments returned, or pulled by the bank for insufficient funds. The reversal you mention on the 18th would have caused it. If your payment was not returned, we can look into it.

Yes the money came back but the fee was still added and I’m not sure why the payment was reversed
