Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_drbb5n, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. We will surely miss your business. I can understand the importance of receiving your refund after cancelling the internet service. You've reached the right place. We are a team of specialized experts who can help with refund inquiries such as this over social media. Can you tell us how long ago you canceled the service? Was all the equipment returned? Normally, when cancelling the Xfinity Internet service, you may still incur charges for the next billing cycle if the cancellation occurs mid-cycle. Regular service charges continue to apply during any cancellation period. Once the cancellation is completed, you receive a credit for the difference on the days that were charged in advance, since we bill one month in advance. To get a refund on a disconnected account, all rented equipment must also be returned or paid for, there must be no billing activity on the account for 15 calendar days, and no payments made in the last 15 calendar days. When the refund is processed, the refund is applied to the last payment method on file in less than 30 days.
