Xfinity Support

A Samsung Galaxy Z Flip associated with this account was returned to Xfinity and delivered on 09/19/2025. Despite the successful return of the device, my account continues to reflect an outstanding balance of $971.99, which is incorrect. I’ve contacted Xfinity customer service via phone regarding issue of not receiving the refund. I’ve made contact on 11/25, 11/21, 11/14, 11/10, 10/19, and 9/27 of this year. Each phone call the representative assured me I’d receive the refund. To no avail, I still haven’t received anything regarding this situation.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
