Xfinity Support

Hi I recently cancelled service of one of my Xfinity accounts and wanted to find out when the final bill will be sent and that the new address is on file and correct. This is for act#[Edited: "Personal Information"]. Thank you.

Typically, the final statement will come within a billing cycle depending on when you closed your services within your billing cycle. In some instances, it can be 2 cycles. I'd be happy to take a look at your account, and provide you with a timeline on when your final statement will come out. When you get a moment, please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address. 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
