Xfinity Support
I have had Xfinity for 2 years, and I was informed I was going to be given one more year of the introductory rate. My bill should be $35/month, but instead it shows $85 without the "loyalty" discount that both my email and the app, at the time, stated I would be receiving. I contacted support through the chat and was only offered a rate of $55 which is better, but not when I was told I would get an additional year of that discount. Please help me fix this issue as I have paid 2 months worth of this highly increased rate and cannot afford it much longer.
