How can I confirm that a refund to my credit card is in process?

If you have followed the refund instructions received within the email, you should exact the refund within 3-5 business days. Did you receive an email that provided steps to redeem the refund?

No I did not. I received a confirmation number over the phone for my internet which was cancelled a week and a half ago and no refund is posted. I was a victim of you mobile phone scam as well. It appears the phone has been returned and would like a refund of the taxes and fees I was charged for the phone I did not want and confirmation I will not be charged for anything else from you in the future (I am still receiving emails that my next mobile bill is due in October)

Gotcha, thank you so much for clarifying that for us @user_ylnv0v! With our refunds, they can take 4-6 weeks to fully process. You will receive an email with the step-by-step instructions to receive the refund back to the card on file or a virtual gift card. We are unable to speed or push that process along any further. If the cancellation was fully completed, you should expect the email within 30 days of cancelling the services to redeem the reward. How do I get confirmation that mobile services are cancelled?

That is a great question, @user_ylnv0v! Since you did refuse the device, once it has been received, it would notice the line to be cancelled. Did you speak with someone when you refused the delivery?

It looks like the line is still active on the app and I’m still getting emails about billing. I talked with you guys trying to cancel before it was sent, called again after it was sent, spoke with FedEx and reused the delivery
